While Apple's App Store App Privacy section provides a general overview, this Privacy Policy offers a more detailed and accurate description of how data is handled in practice.
"DEVELOPER" refers to Nclear PROJECT, the developer of GPS Speedometer Premium.
"SOFTWARE", "APPLICATION", "APP", or "SPEEDOMETER PREMIUM" refers to the GPS Speedometer Premium application for iOS.
"USER" refers to any individual downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software.
The application requires Location Permission while in use solely to calculate and display real-time driving information:
Location coordinates and speed data are processed exclusively in volatile memory on the local device to update the live dashboard interface. This data is never transmitted over the network, uploaded to remote servers, or shared with any third party by the app.
Only cumulative summary metrics (such as total odometer distance and, if enabled in settings, retained trip meter distance) are saved locally on the device in private application storage. Trip statistics can be reset, and the odometer value can be adjusted or reset at any time in the app settings.
The application utilizes the device's built-in motion sensors to calculate:
Motion sensor data is processed entirely in real time on the device. Motion data is never transmitted externally.
The application includes an optional screenshot sharing feature that allows saving a snapshot of the dashboard.
The permission is restricted to Add Photos Only access level. It cannot read, view, scan, access, or upload existing photos or videos.
Utility tools should strictly respect user privacy. Consequently:
When the developer is contacted via email for customer support, bug reporting, or feedback, the sender's email address, name (as provided by the email client), and message contents are received.
This information is used solely to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot reported issues, and improve the application. GPS Speedometer Premium is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area / UK), and personal information from children is not knowingly collected. Full control over all app-generated data remains on the device at all times. Uninstalling the application from the iOS device immediately deletes all locally stored data, preferences, and saved odometer readings.
